§ 1 Users

§ 2 Scope

 

These Terms and Conditions apply to all legal transactions between the User and a consumer (as defined in Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) as a “natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their self-employed professional activity”).

 

§ 3 Conclusion of the Contract and Storage of the Contract Text

 

The provisions of these Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed by consumers through the online store on the website www.yagcho.de.

 

The contract is concluded with the user (see § 1).

 

The presentation and description of the products on the Modellshop website www.yagcho.de do not constitute an offer to enter into a contract.

By placing an order for goods by clicking the “Place Order” button at the end of the ordering process, the consumer submits a binding offer to enter into a purchase agreement. The contract is not concluded until the user sends an order confirmation via email.

 

The contract text is saved when an order is placed. Consumers receive an email containing the order details and the applicable Terms and Conditions. Once the contract has been concluded, the order details are no longer viewable online.

 

§ 4 Payment

 

The statutory sales tax and other price components are included in the prices listed. Shipping costs are not included in the displayed price and may apply separately.

 

Consumers have the following payment options available:

• Credit card

• Klarna

• Giropay

§ 5 Delivery, Delivery Restrictions

 

Unless otherwise specified in the description of a selected product, delivery will be made within 7 business days.
This period begins on the day after the payment order is issued.

 

§ 6 Transfer of Risk

 

The risk of accidental deterioration or loss of the goods remains with the supplier until the goods are delivered to the consumer, at which point it passes to the consumer.

 

§ 7 Retention of Title

 

The seller retains title to the goods until full payment of the purchase price has been received.

 

§ 8 Warranty

 

The statutory warranty provisions apply.

§ 9 Returns

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

 

§ 10 Shipping Terms

 

• Carbon-neutral shipping with DHL: €4.99
• Free shipping on orders of €49 or more

• Carbon-neutral shipping with DHL: €8.99

Switzerland:

• Carbon-neutral shipping with DHL: 12.70 EUR
