The liquid should not exceed 60 °C. Warm milk is perfect—avoid using boiling milk, as this can destroy the vitamin C it contains.

Tip

Alternatively: Stir into smoothies, oatmeal, yogurt, or protein shakes—always cold or lukewarm.

Important

Use only cold or lukewarm water. Do not stir into hot water—the probiotic cultures it contains are heat-sensitive and will be destroyed at high temperatures.

Note

It is completely normal for Flora to clump or thicken slightly. That is exactly the intended effect—fiber absorbs water and thus performs its function in the intestines.

Serving Suggestions

We recommend taking 1 serving daily. Be sure to drink enough fluids throughout the day (at least 1.5–2 liters). Fiber and probiotic cultures take time to bring about lasting changes in the gut environment—for best results, we recommend taking this product consistently for at least three months.

Tip

Dietary fiber is most effective when you drink enough water. If you drink more water, you'll notice the difference.
