Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application
These voucher terms and conditions apply to all vouchers issued through our online store, unless otherwise specified in the respective voucher.

2. Redemption
Vouchers can only be redeemed in the online store. To redeem a voucher, enter the voucher code during the checkout process.

3. No Combining of Coupons
Only one coupon may be redeemed per order. Combining multiple coupons is not permitted, unless otherwise specified.

4. Validity Period / Expiration
Unless otherwise specified, vouchers are valid for 3 years from the end of the year in which the voucher was issued (Section 195 of the German Civil Code (BGB)). Upon expiration of this period, the voucher expires without replacement.

5. Minimum order amount
If a minimum order amount is required to redeem the voucher, this will be specified on the voucher itself.

6. Remaining balance
The value of the gift card or any remaining balance cannot be redeemed for cash. Any remaining balance will be carried over and can be used for future orders within the validity period.

7. Transferability
Vouchers are transferable. The issuer may make payment to the respective holder with discharging effect, provided that the issuer is not aware of any lack of entitlement.

8. Returns / Cancellation of Orders
If an order for which a gift certificate was redeemed is canceled or returned in whole or in part, a refund equal to the value of the gift certificate will be issued in the form of a new gift certificate. Cash refunds are not permitted.

9. Exclusion of Certain Products
Coupons may not be redeemed for certain products, categories, or discounted items. Any such restrictions are specified on the respective coupon.

10. Abuse
If we suspect abuse or unauthorized use, we reserve the right to block vouchers or refuse to honor them.

11. Changes and Errors
We reserve the right to change these voucher terms and conditions at any time, provided that such changes are necessary and do not unreasonably disadvantage customers.

12. Promotional coupons (discount codes)

Promotional coupons are coupons issued as part of promotional or bonus campaigns. In the online store, these may be marketed as “bonuses,” “loyalty bonuses,” or similar incentives.

Regardless of the name, these are exclusively promotional coupons intended to provide a discount and are not redeemable for cash.

There is no entitlement to a payout, bank transfer, or cash settlement.

Promotional coupons are generally provided free of charge and are valid only for a limited period and subject to the terms and conditions specified. These may include, in particular:

a minimum order amount,
the restriction to certain products or categories,
the offer is valid only for certain customer groups (e.g., new customers),
the exclusion of combining this offer with other coupons or discount promotions.

Retroactive credit cannot be applied to orders that have already been completed.

Only one promotional coupon may be redeemed per order, unless otherwise specified.

The resale of promotional coupons is not permitted.

If you return or cancel an order for which a promotional voucher (e.g., a bonus) was redeemed, you are not entitled to a replacement or refund, as this is a voluntary, complimentary benefit.
